Purpose of Job: Communicate PMWB’s activities and capabilities to prospective clients and maintain client relationships, in order to identify and support their needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and grow new and current clients
  • Onboard new clients
  • Assist with developing processes and procedures for client relations
  • Assess the business value / impact of each engagement
  • Strategize for engaging new clients and ensuring a good fit with PMWB
  • Interest in developing client relationship management skills
  • Communicate with other departments like Marketing and PR regarding successes / impact
  • Able to work in a virtual team

Experience and Skills:

  • Strong English language skills, written and verbal
  • Strong desire to make the world a better place through project management
  • 1+ years of experience responsible for client relationships
  • Prior experience working with NGOs is preferable
  • Comfortable speaking to a large platform of clients and employees with different cultural backgrounds

Location:  Anywhere in the world
Hours per week: ~ 3 to 5
