As a volunteer, Denis Rodriguez is passionate about giving back to the global community in need to help them achieve their full potential. He is currently helping the Tejiendo Futuros, Panajachel, Guatemala, as a volunteer portfolio Analyst and the PMWB SDG13 project as a team member.

Denis Rodriguez, MSIT, PMP, MSCN, is an accomplished researcher, Information Technology specialist, and project management consultant, with years of experience in United Nation agencies in Nicaragua and the U.S. Denis has been managing Enterprise Resources Planning systems at regional level and leading large Information Systems projects at national, and regional levels in public health fields which include Human Resources, Health Services, epidemiological surveillance, as well as process realignment projects providing a broad organizational change with great value and big savings. Denis is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

For the last couple of years, Denis has worked as a volunteer translator for the homeless at One Hope Source in Washington D.C. USA. He has been an IT advisor for the Futura Connections program at The Falls Church Anglican, which teaches immigrants how apply for a job in the U.S.

Denis plan to continue helping not-for profit organizations to achieve their goals by applying project management skills and learning how to drive innovation. Denis as part of the PMWB team is showing us how the knowledge and skills developed as project management professionals will transform communities globally.
